“ Really good place to eat & drink, and it's off the beaten path! Be sure to ask what the process is at the bar as you enter. We selected the fried pickle appetizer which was my favorite surprisingly. The pickles were exactly the right amount of sour. For dinner, I decided on a half order of Irish nachos as dinner. They were very full of flavor and unexpectedly, the attributes of the different ingredients were able to stand on their own. I couldn't finish this dish...it was a lot of food. He chose salmon with herb butter which was fresh, lightly flavored and not oily at all. He asked for grilled broccoli and red cabbage slaw as his side dishes and his drink was a New Zealand pilsner which was very enjoyable. We will return to this place again but will bring friends or family to share the experience. The do have an outside patio for eating but it was a little too cold a day we went. Also dog friendly. There were a few kids eating with family and it's a loud, easy-going vibe. ”
“ Such great food and beers. We definitely will be back for more. The only thing i can say so far is that they need to get the timing right on the door of the restaurant and on Google. ”
“ We went for the Vegan Chef Challenge. They had three vegan dishes for the event. There is also a pretzel that can be ordered with mustard no beer cheese. I got the coconut cauliflower tempura and the walnut lentil burger. Bother were really good. ”
“ Everything was incredible. We got a flight and we enjoyed all 4 beers. Some of the best beer in Chattanooga. The food was even more incredible. The pimento cheese burger and bacon jam burger was perfect from the beef to the toppings. And the burgers are HUGE compared to other places. Onion rings and tots were perfect. Beer cheese dip with house made chips was excellent. I thought this place was amazing. I will definitely be going back more regularly. The only downside was it wasn’t that crowded so it seemed quiet and the atmosphere wasn’t special, but maybe we went at the wrong time. But everything else was AWESOME. ”
“ First visit to Monkey Town, won’t be the last. Lots of beer choices to please anyone. My wife and I each got a flight and loved every selection. The Valley Girl Juice Cleanse Key Lime sour was our favorite. The food was great as well. Beer cheese with tortillas, boom boom shrimp tacos, and the chicken Cobb salad were all delicious. Can’t wait for a return visit to try more! ”
“ This place has become a staple for us! The food, fantastic. The drinks, incredible. The staff, absolutely the best in town. Shoutout to Lilly - our favorite waitress! She’s so kind and fun. Recommend the Elvis burger for dinner and the grade school snack for a beer. ”
“ Excellent!!! The falafel curry was amazing!!!! Oh my goodness, so good. The pimento, green tomato, candied jalapeno burger was so good as well!!! The corn nuggets though! The BEST! Just make a meal on those. The beers were great as usual. No complaints. Waitress was so nice. Love Monkey Town. Never disappointed. ”
“ Stopped in looking for something new on a trip to Chattanooga. We were not disappointed! The service was amazing, everyone was so friendly. Food was even better! My husband said it was the best chicken sandwich he’s ever had and the beer cheese burger was amazing! (Photo of burger & tots!) Also loved that the patio was leashed pet friendly! ”
